The  Approximately 30 Day Period

The approximately 30 day period is more a guideline, than a fixed period of time.   It's not meant to rush you, but we have found most companies take less that a month.  One company said, "It either works, or it doesn't.  It won't take a month to find that out."   They found out "it works".

After we receive the signed or e-mailed  Evaluation Agreement, and the Product Evaluation Procedure form, you will be authorized to download RoAccess and/or RoLoader.

We will assist you in the initial installation to the extent you desire.  We are then available to answer any and all questions.

Only once you agree that RoAccess is up and operational, this approximately 30 day period will begin.   This allows you to be sure everything is working and that you understand RoAccess to be able to sufficiently evaluate it.   This way you are not forced or rushed to begin before you feel you are ready.

There are occasions when the Evaluation Period can be extended.   Companies in Europe find their staff on holiday in the summers.   One company had a department re-organization.   An unexpected unavailability of a key person due to sickness may happen.   Should one of these extenuating circumstances occur, you can request an extension.

One question we are asked is what happens if you accidentally forget, and the 30 days are passed.  Will you be forced to buy RoAccess by "default"?    We will not force what you do not want.    We much prefer satisfied customers because they are our best sales people.   In a way, this is really a non-situation.  You could easily say you are terminating the Evaluation just to get more time.  We would never know whether you actually removed the software.  We tend to operate in an atmosphere of trust and cooperation.   After all, you get the complete source code to the system.

So, the 30 days is more a goal, and help keep the period as short as possible.  Most companies have found it takes far less than this to find out if RoAccess works.

One company started the evaluation period one morning, and decided to buy it that afternoon, completely bypassing the evaluation.  Their rational was "if it works, it works".   It did, and they bought it.
