List All Subject Areas/Projects

 
A DBA Rochade Maintenance Utility

 
One RoAccess customer, the Department of Defense, quickly found that they would be having so many Subject Areas, Projects and Hierarchical Subject Areas, that keeping track of them would become a real administrative problem.

So solve that problem, RoAccess has implemented a screen that is available easily from the WEB that gives a good overview of all the Subject Areas, Projects and Hierarchical Subject Areas (that also can contain projects).

It shows the name, type of application plus the work configuration number, and is color coded for easy reference.

What is nice and unusual about this screen is that you see these applications:

  • Even if they are not IN-WORK
  • Even if you are not allowed to open it
  • Even if they get "orphaned"
    • For instance, suppose you want to see all the projects in a Hierarchical Subject Area in a glance?  Easy.
    Suppose you want to find what application has the work configuration of 1015?  Easy.
