Minor fixes.
Note: you must import ROA_PROC.001 into your proc database (AP-PROC)
New: ItemList will now process Aliases for Items with names <32 characters.  Items with Aliases are no longer supported by ASG, but we support them for those customers who used Aliases.
New: You can now assign URLs directly to user buttons.  For instance, you can click a button and go directly to a URL (a http:// Web page or Web application).  You can have it server a file from a shared drive (file://).  You can have it serve a file via ftp (ftp://).  Originally, you could only connect a user button to a program.
Fixes a Rochade Bug: Rochade path reports have been found to return ????? instead of the ItemType name.
Corrected: For a NameSpace search from the Item display screen, some searches would return no result.
Corrected: The links for NameSpace Items had the Item name in the parents section. Now only displays the parents.
Corrected: A NameSpace search from the Item Display Screen sometimes returned no results.
Corrected: Link Cardinality is no properly handled if the Item has no links in the link attribute when new links are handled.
Corrected: ASG has a bug in their processing of value attributes which was found when copying an Item.  We put in a local patch to get around it.
Corrected: stored procedures incorrectly shipped with patch 700_01: ROA_ITEM_UTIL is now version 1.04, and missing ROA_FQN_2_XNS is now present.
Upated: RoLoader documentation.
Updated: Documentation on SimpleItemTypeRenaming.htm
Corrected: English language files for Tree Copy utility are now present.
Corrected: RoAccess.css - comment syntax is corrected.
Corrects: ItemGet for a user in a user class,  displays forward and back links correctly.
Corrected: TypeList, when showing only ItemTypes that have Items, missed ItemTypes declared as extensions.
Corrected: ItemGet (Item Detail screen) did not correctly display links for ItemTypes declared as extensions.
Corrected: Link cardinality now takes into account creating links to non-existing Items.
In-Progress
RoAccess 7.00 Patch 700_01 New: RoLoader runs up to about 140 times faster!  One client reported that using the same spreadsheet, ASG's content loader ran about 24 hours but RoLoader ran under 7 minutes!  This was on a very large repository with a great number of Items.  Look for NSPATH in the documentation of RoLoader and AConfig.pro to show how easy it is to do this.
New: RoLoader now stores a summary log of every run in Rochade.  After the run, refresh the ROA_RO_LOADER Item you are using, and view the contents of the ROA_ROLOADER_RUN_LOG attribute.
Note: you must import ROA_PROC.001 into your proc database (AP-PROC) and IMROACC.001 into data databases (AP-DATA): click here for instructions on how to do RPL imports.

OK
RoAccess 6.00 Patch 600_03 New: You can now edit Items of ROSHELL-SYSTEM if they are in the current configuration.  Otherwise they are read-only.
New: When listing Items that have the identical base name (like CUST_ID), but but have different NameSpace parents, the identical Items will be further sorted by the fully qualified parent names.  Now, when you have many Items of the same base name, it is easier to visually find specific ones by the sorted parentage names.
User Request: User Graphic buttons can now have standard URL's attached to them. so when clicked can go to other company WEB based systems.  Before, graphic buttons could only start other RoAccess related applications.  For instance, the "application" assigned to the button can be http://www.google.com.
Change:
Some List Boxes of Items now display the Items in a fixed, monospace font.  Sometimes the periods in variable fonts are so small they are hard to see.  Now it is visually easier to separate the parent names.
User Request: When in Edit forms, both the single line and multi-line text fields now display using a monospace font.  This makes it easier to line up data that needs to be in specific columns.
Change: If the SpreadSheet page is started from the TypeList screen, the radio buttons allowing you to select between all Items and the already select Items no longer display, since there were no Items already selected, and the only option is to select from all the Items of that ItemType.  Since you really don't have a choice, the radio button menu is not displayed.
Correction: When running a SpreadSheet from ItemList, if you checked the option to use the already selected Items, ran a report, and you hit back, even though the "use Items already selected" radio button is displayed as checked, and you run another report, it forgot you wanted to use the already selected Items.
Correction:
Renaming an Item that is in a parent's namespace sometimes put the Item in the root namespace.
Correction: when doing a Full Search, the Long Form information was not added correctly to each line.
Correction. when doing a Full Search for the "ALL" Item Class, the coloring based on Active, Inactive, Active Referenced, etc. was not done correctly.
Correction: When viewing a unformatted link attribute in Edit mode, if the attribute had no contents, the blue info ball did not display for the "user created forms" and the normal edit form.
Correction: When using a German Rochade server, and the current user belonged to a user class, and when in Edit mode, the update buttons for link attributes would not display.
Correction: Links in unformatted link attributes sometimes pointed incorrectly to inactive Items.
OK

Below Describes A Rochade Problem
RoAccess Symptom: One client began to see unexpected messages from the Rochade server that RoAccess reported as errors.

Problem: The EXEC attribute of the user's USER ItemType had executable RPL code that re-enabled PROMPTs (Do you want to update?) and PROTs (Item has been updated).  RoAccess needs them turned off.

Solution:  If you have RPL code in the EXEC attribute, be sure to not execute it if in batch mode.  We suggest code like:

IF :$BATCH <> T
   (
   ... your code
   )
If you are unsure if any USER entries have EXEC code, you can use the standard RoAccess Spreadsheet on the USER ItemType and conveniently display the EXEC attribute for all users.
Ok
