TXU purchased Rochade late last year.  After considering ASG's WEB Access, which they had been given free of charge, they instead decided to purchase RoAccess.

TXU has been doing some innovative work in the Repository field.  Their Testimonial Letter attests to how RoAccess and August are helping them to be successful.

We would like to recognize the excellent customer focus we received from Dennis Simpson of August Computing.  Dennis prepared and delivered a custom training program at TXU Energy covering Rochade, AutoPilot and ROAccess products.  He helped us implement the products and continues to work with us developing custom applications and enhancements needed to facilitate the diverse needs of many departments here. 

Dennis created a very informative, yet easy to follow, training program to initiate our TXU Energy MetaData Repository Team into the intricacies of both Rochade, AutoPilot and  ROAccess. It was fast paced and tailored specifically to our needs.  The team was able to immediately put this training to use to create our MetaData Repostiory  using the Rochade, AutoPilot and ROAccess products.

With ROAccess and Dennis? help, we were able to implement the TXU MetaData Repository in a very short time span.  It is the opinion of the members of this veteran team that this would not have been possible with just the Rochade tool set.  We found ROAccess to be extremely user friendly and a very valuable access tool to Rochade.  We faced the challenge of creating and implementing a metadata repository that could be accessed by a wide range of users with varying degrees of technical background and an even wider range of needs.  Dennis was able to accommodate, with exceedingly fast turn around, all of our changes or enhancements we needed and requested for ROAccess and ROLoader.

ROAccess? versatility was critical for the custom development of TXU Energy specific requirements.  Dennis was able to produce customized reports in a matter of days.  These reports were both accurate and visually appealing.  He was instrumental in the development of additional user interfaces that would give non-technical groups very easy access while still maintaining their ability to retrieve any information in the repository they needed. We felt with Dennis? support we were able to roll out a product into a production environment that suited the wide range of needs and requirements in an extremely short time frame.

Dennis maintained the ultimate professionalism in his dealings with TXU Energy and the Metadata Repository Team, he was innovative, helpful, and was a true mentor to us.  We feel our success is primarily due to Dennis Simpson, August Computing  and the ROAccess and ROLoader products.
