By the way, I thought I told you this, but don't see a sent message in my out box - I've been using Ro-Loader, and it works great!!!! 

My old utility that loads CSV files conked out one day, so I dug out the info on Ro-Loader, and had it working & loading data in less than 30 minutes!

Many people have written a loader of some sort by necessity.
