 RoAccess Product Itself

Dennis, I wanted to express our satisfaction with the RoAccess product.

Prior to acquiring the RoAccess product we were struggling to push the information we had in Rochade to our customers (Labor and Industries staff) and to show management a return on investment for the Rochade repository.

We were in need of a 'quick win' and RoAccess gave it to us.  Our customers were very happy with the product.  You were able to provide a customized solution tailored to our requirements in a short time and at a very reasonable price.

The ability to easily navigate using the links to get at needed information impressed our customers.  We now have easy access to the information about our different databases and systems and can easily follow links to identify how they are related.

     Thanks again,  Tom Henderson

 RoAccess/Rochade Training

Dennis, I wanted to let you know how valuable the training you provided was.

Our staff had no prior experience with PERL and limited experience with Rochade Programming Language (RPL), HTML and Web architecture in general, but after the 4 days of training we now feel comfortable in making modifications to our RoAccess applications.

Our staff was energized and excited to start developing enhancements for our RoAccess application, and we have already implemented a couple of those enhancements.

You were very understandable and informative in not only the RoAccess product, but also the RPL and HTML.  The ease at which our staff pick up the concepts validates not only your training, but also the RoAccess product in general.

I would recommend your training to any administrator of the RoAccess product.

It really gave us a jump start.

     Thanks, Tom Henderson
