| Are the WEB Server and Rochade Repository Server are on the same machine: | |
Rochade Server Information |
|
| Rochade Server Language: While RoAccess has only one version that incorporates both German and English, the Rochade Repository has different internal object names for the English and German versions, and requires different installations. Which Rochade will you use? | |
| Platform Type for Rochade Repository Server (ex: Sun Ultra1, HP/UX, AIX, WinNT, Win 2000, etc.): | |
| If Unix, do you have the Rochade Unix Batch Client yet? A Unix Rochade server comes with a batch client for that machine only. If your Rochade Server is on AIX, you can also put RoAccess on that AIX. If you have Rochade on AIX, but you wish to put RoAccess on a Sun Solaris server, a separate batch client installation must be purchased from ASG. If you desire to have a WinNT or Win2000 for RoAccess WEB server, the "batch client" is part of your normal Autopilot installation. You can also have both Unix and Windows RoAccess WEB servers operational so you can evaluate both to verify RoAccess is completely compatible with all environments without changes. | |
| Is your Rochade Server operational: | |
| What version your Repository Server: | |
| The below files are needed so we can create and return the two needed
configuration files. While this is optional, it will greatly reduce the
time for you to create your own. RoAccess has a great deal of options.
We will send you a "starting configuration" file that you can then tailor to
suit your needs. Occasionally ASG changes these file names, so if you can't find them, let us know. |
|
| Have you already E-mailed your Rochade server server.ini file?: | |
| Do you have more than one Autopilot icon on your desktop you click on (like for production versus development): | |
|
|
| Have you emailed a copy of your AP34.CLI (from your workstation): Only do this if you have modified it yourself. | |
| Have you emailed a copy of your workstation ROCHADE.INI on (not Rochade server file): | |
| What is the base Rochade installation directory on your Rochade server: | |
| What is the name of your most used Subject Area? | |
| What are the names of TWO of your Item Types? | |
WEB Server Information |
|
| If you have not decided yet, we can help give suggestions. There are SO many way you can "mix and match" Rochade and RoAccess servers to best meet your changing needs. | |
| Platform Type for RoAccess WEB Server (ex: HP/UX, Windows 2000 Server, etc.): | |
| Processor Speed: | MHz |
| Is your WEB Server already operational: | |
| Is PERL 5.006 or later installed and operational: (We have Perl for Windows on our DownLoad page). | |
| What is the base Rochade installation directory on your WEB server: (For a Unix WEB server, this will locate your "batch client". For a Windows WEB server, this is your Autopilot installation, which has a batch client. | |
