| The following is a sample of the many places that the Long Form
option is now available. This was added by user requests.
The Long Form option allows you to add the DEFINITION of the Item /
Instance to the right of its Name. This can help you identify which
Item / Instances you are looking for where the name may be similar.
The DEFINITION just gives you additional information.

| To select the Long Form for ItemTypes, you check the "Long Form"
box on the Select Subject Area / Projects screen:

The TypeList screen lists the ItemTypes in your Subject Area
or Project. It now has a Long Form option, so when you list the Items
/ Instances of that ItemType, it will add the DEFINITION to the right of
the Name:
The PERSON ItemType was selected, and instructed to only display the Items /Instances beginning with JONES. The following is the result: Another typical case is when Renaming an Item / Instance.
