By default the row of buttons at the top and the "Legend" section at the bottom are displayed as always.  But if you are trying to reduce what is displayed to the user to a bare minimum, as an option when declaring the form, you can tell RoAccess to not display the buttons at the top or the Legend at the bottom.  See below how nice this looks:

The above small "business card" format is merely one way to lay out the screen.   It is very compact and displays only what you want that user or user class to see.

Below are several different variations.  Remember, you have complete flexibility on how you lay out your screen and how it is to look:

In the above screen capture, note that the person's picture is in a HTML TABLE.  The yellow is the background color for a table CELL.  All the other information is likewise in TABLE CELLs, but the borders are set to not display.

Below shows what it would look like if you turn on borders:

Below adds a bit more color:

Below has TWO images that are displayed together, each being stored in Rochade as blobs.  One is the person's picture, the other being his company's logo, as an example.

 Real Life Example.

A large energy company is using this one User Created Screen.  It was created for non-technical, business users:

Note: this is a LIVE DATA screen.  For each Item you click on the left, its data is displayed in the correct spots in the form on the right.

Again, this is a dynamic, real-time form.

In this case, the ItemList screen is in the Left Frame.  In the Right Frame is a form that was custom designed using Microsoft FrontPage.  Note the use of layout, images, TABLEs and logos.  The data is placed under each appropriate heading, which is each a graphic image in itself.

There is one user class that sees this screen.  All others, see a different screen.  This screen was tailored to be used by non-technical, business users, designed by modelers but created by a graphic artist.  Isn't this creative!

You can have a collections of User Friendly Display Forms, with each ItemType having different forms for different classes of users!

Now everyone can have the Display Form that makes their job as easy as possible, making your Repository more useful to your company.
